Return Policy



 Eligibility for Return:

To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition and packaging, and must not have been used. Additionally, you must provide proof of purchase or a receipt to complete the return process.


Exceptions:

Please note that we do not accept returns for limited edition apparel and art prints, as they are custom-made to order and not kept in stock. If you have any questions about sizing or color, please don't hesitate to contact us for assistance.


Returns for Artisan and Handcrafted Products:

For our artisan and handcrafted products, we only accept returns in specific situations, and they must be approved by us before being sent back. Please do not return your purchase without prior written approval. Returns can be made by mail only, and we only accept returns for the following reasons:

  • The item is broken or defective

  • The wrong item was sent

  • The item is not the ordered size

  • There was a production error

  • There is a defective component

  • Duplicate merchandise was ordered

Exclusions


 Please note that refunds are not applicable to the following goods:

  • Sale items or liquidation

  • Underwear

  • Accessories that may come into contact with biological substances

  • Customized items that include names, dates, or personal information

  • Worn or laundered clothing, or clothing with removed or damaged hangtags

  • Adult toys 

Gift Cards and Free Products


 If a product or gift card was given for free with a purchase, it must be returned upon reimbursement, or the value of the product or gift card will be deducted from the refund amount. Please keep in mind that Bearzwear gift cards or personalized products cannot be exchanged or refunded at any time. Additionally, promo and gift cards have the same terms as regular products and must be returned upon reimbursement.

International Sales




International sales are final except for wholesale orders. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or secondary addresses in other countries that are not the original main address. A discretionary fee of up to 20% may be charged for restocking.

Return Approval


All returns need to be pre-approved before being sent back to us. No returns will be accepted without an authorization number, and any charges and carrier fees for non-approved returns will be the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds and Exchanges


If the error is on our side, we will offer the customer the choice of either a full refund or a store credit, and we may also offer a product exchange if the customer prefers. We will cover the cost of return shipping in this case. If the customer chooses to receive a store credit or exchange, we will issue the appropriate code or provide instructions for the exchange process. If the customer chooses a refund, we will refund the full amount of the purchase, including any shipping fees, to the payment method the customer used for the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as we receive the returned item and verify that it meets our return policy requirements.

Return Process


All items must be returned in their original packaging and in mint condition, with all tags still attached. For Montreal, Quebec, Gatineau, and Ottawa residents, we may arrange a pick-up for the item from their home or office via a courier or other carrier if deemed necessary.
