As part of this commitment, we offer a range of delivery options to our customers, both within Canada and internationally. From carbon-neutral shipping to fully recyclable packaging, we're always thinking outside the box to get your order to you with minimal environmental impact.

Delivery within Canada

  • We cover all of Canada and work with a carbon-neutral delivery provider, guaranteeing carbon offsets through our partner South Pole.
    Free shipping is available for orders in Canada of $100 or more before tax.
  • Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have faced logistical challenges resulting in increased fuel costs and shipping fees.
    Orders below the minimum required amount will be charged the usual flat shipping fees (plus applicable taxes) in accordance with our shipping policy.
  • Pickup in the Montreal area is also available for those who prefer to avoid shipping fees.
  • Customs duties and tariffs are set by the local government of the destination country and are not included in the initial shipping cost.
  • Orders placed on or the day before certain holidays may have an extended delivery time as our warehouses are closed on those days.
  • To ensure fast and reliable delivery, we only ship on business days from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Orders placed between Friday 10am and Monday 7am (Eastern time) will not be processed until Monday morning.
  • Due to logistical difficulties in making deliveries to some remote regions, we reserve the right to cancel your order and subject these orders to additional conditions (e.g. requiring a minimum order value).
    During sales and promotional periods, delivery may take a little longer than normal.
  • When you order more than one product, your order may arrive in different packages and arrive on different days.
  • If we encounter difficulties with processing your order, we will notify you promptly by notification.
  • Your shipping address may be different from your billing address, as long as both are within the same country. 

International delivery

  • Due to the pandemic and current logistical challenges, we are temporarily halting international shipping until we can find reliable and eco-friendly shipping carriers.
  • We are committed to finding new and sustainable solutions for our international shipping needs and will update our customers as soon as we are able to resume international sales.
  • We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time and look forward to serving our international customers again in the future. 

Greener packaging

  • We encourage our customers to reuse or recycle all packaging they receive from us and our suppliers, as it can help reduce the environmental impact of packaging waste.
  • Our shipping boxes are fully recyclable and made from recycled materials.
  • We use non-identified packaging for sustainability and discretion reasons.
