Payment


At Bearzwear, we accept a variety of payment options, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Debit/Interac, PayPal, Bearzwear Gift Cards, e-Transfer, Wire Transfer, and Cheque. Credit card and debit card payments are processed by our partners Stripe and PayPal.​

When you are billed



Due to the nature of our limited edition items, most of our products are made to order to fit your exact size. Payment must be received in full before production can begin. Depending on the type of payment chosen, this may involve a delay before the start of production. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email and production can begin.

A payment is considered confirmed as follows:

  • Credit or debit card:  You are charged immediately. (Possible delay: 0)
  • Electronic transfer:  once the transaction deposit has been received and confirmed. (Possible delay: 0 to 2 days)
  • Bank transfer and check: 
    Once the bank processing is complete and the amount made available by the institution. (Possible delay: 1 to 10 days, international up to 30 days)
  • PayPal: PayPal or a credit or debit card can be used to purchase merchandise or gift cards.  You may see a temporary hold on the amount of your PayPal purchase. These holds are typically cleared within 10 days and are often applied when a credit or debit card is linked to PayPal. If you have any questions, please contact your card-issuing bank or PayPal customer service at 1 (888) 221-1161.​

Vouchers and promotional codes


Sometimes when you receive a special offer from us, you will also receive a promotional code to use. This code lets us know that the special offer should be applied to your order.  Using the code is simple:


  • Shop and pay as you normally would.
  • When paying, enter your promotional code in the space provided.
  • Once you have entered the promotional code and clicked "Apply", you will see a message confirming that the promotional code has been applied to your order.
  • If there is a problem with the promotional code you entered, an error message will tell you how to correct the problem before you can continue to pay.

In some cases, you can enter multiple promotional codes for an order. Enter the first promotional code and click "Apply". Next, enter the second promotional code and click "Apply". Complete your payment process.  Please note that not all promotions are cumulative. If you enter promotional codes that cannot be combined, we will apply the one that gives you the most benefit, and you can apply the unused promotional code to another order. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about payment options or our ordering process.
